Many thanks to Structural Surveys, great service from start to finish. Helped put our minds at ease and explained everything about the damage and how to go about addressing it. Great customer service, unfortunately a rare thing these days, please pass our thanks to Andrew and if we ever get the chance we will be recommending your service.
Darren Campbell - August 2018
The structural engineer was excellent in providing a magnificent quality of service. Although Structural Surveys' quote was the cheapest their report contained everything I needed to know and was extremely detailed in everything that they surveyed. The engineer was a credit to his profession in all aspects of his skills, knowledge and approach to me at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. He continually involved me in what he was doing and gave advice as he was going about his business, in fact it was a joy to have him in my home and also refreshing to know that at last there are actually proper suppliers around.
Michael Pederson - September 2017
We contacted Structural Surveys Ltd for advice about removing a pillar and a steel beam replacement. The structural engineer was very helpful in answering our questions and explaining the best way of tackling the job. We were so pleased with their expert advice and friendly service that we asked them to project manage the work which involved producing a detailed tender document, selecting the builders to be approached, visiting our home with each of the builders, and discussing the merits of each builder. Having selected the builder, the structural engineer then inspected the work while it was in progress to check all was OK, and once the work was complete, provided a Certificate of Structural Adequacy. Structural Surveys made the whole process very easy for us and made it stress free! If we have any further building work done, we will definitely contact Structural Surveys Ltd again.
Bill Bowman - May 2017
